These Dragonballs can only be found on Namek.  You need to know the password when you obtain all 7 Dragonballs...  Its in Namek so its best if you have a Namek help you out here.  You get three wishes and there is no limit to his power.  If you are going to wish for Imortality, then there is going to be a stipulation.  You can only be Imortal for two weeks.  When you go into fights you will have unlimited KI and Vitality.  You need a scouter or a dragon radar of some sort in order to find the Dragonballs...
