The Next Stage: Requires a "Pin" from Lord Lude on the planet Lude. You wear it during battle and your transform. If you get it stoolen then your states go back down by half. You get X2 states for transforming.

Transform: Requires the Maykio Star(Similar to Oozaru). If it is in place on that planet then your states boast up by X3 for that one battle. You do not get to keep these extra states...

Evil Buu: Must acheive a PL of 500,000 and 3 days of concentration. Then your states will boast by X2
Super Buu: Must acheive a PL of 1,500,000 and 3 days of concentration. Then your states will boast by X2
Kid Buu: Must acheive a PL of 5,000,000 and 3 days of concentration. Then your states will boast by X3
Android 17 into Super 17: Must have Dr. Gero resuricted you somehow and have you and your former self fuse with each other to make Super 17. Doesnt require a certain amount of PL. You get your states boasted by X4.
Android 13 into Super 13: Must have both Androids 14 and 15 die near you. When that happenes their parts will fuse with yourself and you get X4 more on your states. Does not require for a certain PL.

Imperfect Cell Stage2: Must defeat/kill Android 17 and absorb him in order to reach this stage. Does not require a certain amount of PL and your states will boast by X2.
Perfect Cell: Must defeat/kill Android 18 and absorb her in order to reach this stage. Requires for you to already be in the Imperfect Cell Stage2 transformation in order to do this one. Your states will boast by X3.

Must have -50,000 spirit, PL of 725,000, and give your soul to Babidi. You will then become the ultimate evil and all your stats will boast by X3.5!
Gurus Release...
Must have +50,000 spirit, PL of 725,000, and do a good deed for planet Namek. Your hidden power from within will be released and your stats will boast by X3.5
Note: You must role play your transformation out when you have reached all the requirements in a fight. When you first reach Super Saiyajin you fight the rest of the way Super Saiyajin. In the next fight that your in you automattically start in your normal stage. On your profile page it will have your Super Saiyajin states and PL and such. But when you enter the battle you will start with half of it. When your transform then your states reaches up the rest of the way. Your vitality lost will go back up by half(No matter how much damage that has been done). Other transformations like Changlings will always stay in that stage.
