Pictures from Mount Sunapee Hike - August 9, 2004
Most of these pictures were taken from the summit looking north towards Lake Sunapee and the towns of Sunapee and Newbury. Only Sunapee 6 is taken from the summit looking south towards Washington and Lempster. With temperatures in the mid 70's and unlimited visibility, it was a great day hindered only by the disposable camera I used to take these pictures.
The only other bummer was that the mountain was packed with the annual League of NH Craftsmens fair. The next to last pic here is a quick view of just how big the fair is. I had to walk through the fair in order to get to the base lodge and the trails. I ran into very few people on the trail however which was fantastic.
