He Soon Discovers He Has Many Abilities, Including One To Go On Killer Rampages. Tetsuo Looks For Akira, Who Is A Small Boy Who Died Many Years Ago. Akira Is One Who Can Control Tetsuo.Tetsuo Can Turn Into A Destructive Form, Witch Isn't A Pretty Sight. Soon Tetsuo, Well...Explodes And Everyone Is Safe.
