Wolverine Mark II

Missile/Laser Tank

Rather intimidating if you are Cobra, eh? The Wolverine was the first G.I.Joe anything I ever got, so it is a sentimental favorite of mine. I thought I would make a Mark II version and do the original some justice in making it. As you can see, I like HISS tanks. This is my 3rd HISS III custom, What can I say? I'm not ballzy enough to customize old expensive stuff. But these are $10 a pop at my local TRU and they have lots. Same as the others, I separated the tracks, upper and lower bodies. This time I sanded one side of a Wolverine missile pod and glued it into place. Rinse, dry, repeat on the other side. I painted it Olive Drab 2 (which I like much more than Olive Drab 1) and the tracks black again for the "clean" look. I used stickers from a 2000 Locust, Man-O-War, HISS III and the Joe logos are from some old sticker sheets I got from eBay. I think this is my favorite custom I have done so far. --FireFox
