Japanese Names Vs. English Names

I'm sure many of you have noticed that I tend to use the names from the English dub and not the Japanese one, since I watched the English version first. In case you have only watched the Japanese version (Or whatever version which uses Japanese names), I've decided to compile this list of the English names (and possibly phrases) that I'm going to use and give you the Japanese equivalents. Sometimes I might use the Japanese words instead of the English ones though, because
a) I like the names better
b) They are easier to type out ^_^
c) I've finally bought the VCDs and since they're in Japanese, I get influenced. :)
In those cases, I'll put an asterisk sign (like this: *) next to the Japanese name. I'll be putting the English names first, then the Japanese. Note: I'm not exactly sure about some words, and I'll state so if I think they might be wrong.
