Upper Ottawa Valley Men’s Fastball League (UOVMFL)

The UOVMFL is a competitive Intermediate-level fastball league, located in eastern Ontario and western Quebec.

Note: The UOVMFL was on hiatus for 2007. However, the league will return for 2008 with five teams (as of March 25, 2008): Micksburg Twins, Micksburg Junior Twins, Shawville Snappers, Fort – Coulonge, and Fitzroy – McNab.
