Fivehead is four guys who live in Austin, Texas. They play music some would call indie, some might label pop, some would say simply rock, and still others call "gawdawful noise". John and Davis started playing together at Fitchburg State in Massachusetts, moved to Austin, and started Fivehead. They played with several different fine folks, and eventually joined forces with native Texans Beaty and Jeff. John used to play bass in a super band called Silver Scooter, but that's in the past.

The band has released two full length CDs, three 7-inch singles, an EP, and has appeared on a few compilations. Five national tours have come and gone in the road-weary Dimples the Van. More is on the way soon.
