| Our first tournament in March 2002 went over very well.10 teams were in attendance five others were turned away due to late entry.Peace River Sharks came out victorius after NBA game seven like final against FT McMuray Timberwolves.The score was 76:75.This game was a great display of skills and determination by both teams.Hope to see you both back here in 2003.On behalf of the organizers I would like to thank all teams for their attendance and sportsman like conduct.It was a pleasure to play against you. | Our second tournament is going to take place on April 4,5,6 2003 in Slave Lake ,Alberta.This tourney is open to all man teams age groups 15 and up.Rec teams ,school teams,college teams are all welcome. | A team must have at least 6 players.Maching team jerseys are a must.No players can be added to the team roster after the first game is played.All teams must follow the tournament schedule, if you are not there at game time you will lose the game.Representative from each team must be present at the jugges table to avoid any controversy.Referees call will be the final call.Schedule of the games will be posted here one week before the first game.All tems must submit team roster to the organizers in print,to avoid problems with reading the names.Organizers reserve the right to change the prize money upon registration . |
