| We offer you a comfortable and cozy apartment with a unique location on the rocky sea cost in the new town of Sozopol. The whole apartment is facing south with a view to the sea and the beach Harmanite which is 50m away. |
| The flat consists of
a living-room, a kitchen, a bedroom with working place and a terrace.
|
| The living-room is large, with modern furniture with sitting place and sleeping place. There is a TV with more than 50 cable channels. There is air conditioning. |
|
| The living room is right next to the kitchen where you can find very well equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave (oven), toaster, dishwasher, double cooking ring,..). There you have all necessary devices and conditions to prepare food for 4-5 people. |
|
Between the living-room, the bedroom and the bathroom there is an entrance-hall with a built-in wardrobe.
| The bathroom has furniture, shower-cabin and a toilet. |

| The bedroom is with luxurious furniture with a twin bed, a wardrobe and a place for work. |

| The bedroom and the living-room are directly connected to a big covered terrace, which has a table for eating, big enough for 4-6 people. From here you can enjoy the sea-waves striking against the rocky coast only 10-20m away from the building. |

| The apartment is
comfortable with perfect conditions for two-three adults or two
adults and two youngsters to live in. The style of the new furniture, the well-organized rooms in the flat and the close presence of the sea will contribute to a calm and satisfying rest. |
This holiday flat will provide you a perfect place to live, to relax and have pleasure.
| Cleaning and
maintenance: A maidservant cleans twice a week - from 11:00h until 14:00h. The household linen is changed once a week and the towels once per three days. Otherwise is expected that the guests will take care for the hygiene in the flat. Additional conditions: Pets are not acceptable here. Only adults and children above 10 years old are welcome. Reservation: by e-mail: sofiamircheva@abv.bg A list with the names, ages and nationalities of the guests is needed. You should specify the period of staying - arrival and departure dates. Payment: at least 10 days before the arrival date via bank transfer.
Accommodation: After payment information about the key for the flat will be given.
