This is a really fine
adventure! I have been flying and driving since 9:30 this morning (after
getting the New Mesh along with Scenes of Quebec installed on the test bed) and
my head is really spinning. There is just so much to see and check out and I have
been having a real fine time!
In short, you have done
a perfect job again on this Package and what a Package it is. I can not find
any faults to pick. However, I could not find Fi-Fi and family either, so
I know I at least missed them! Leon, I drove and drove the Jeep, following your
many nice signs. I also flew out of CTA3 and slow flew the island. I discovered
everything in the many fine JPGs that are a part of the Package. The island
would be a fine place to vacation. There are so many nice villages, churches,
docks for the ferries and the country is really nice. Sometimes I drove the
“high road” and sometimes I drove the “low road” by the shore. It is
interesting to slow fly the island after you have first driven the roads
following your signs. I am sure you will get some nice feed-back comments from
your fans after they install and peruse this nice piece Scenery Package.
I made a list of the
places I visited and things I saw. I got some French fries and hot dogs at “Le
Roi de la Patate”. That is a nice red convertible parked along side. I had my
Jeep, so I picked up the pretty hitch-hiker and took her along for the ride. I
got too close at the Church yard monument (just have to read the inscriptions)
and admired the pretty church. I liked the Mont Saint-Louis Museum with the
ship nicely supported on land. I stopped to read all of the many signs along
the way, having a bit of trouble with the French, but understanding most of it.
I flew out over the water and visited the ferry leaving the docks and also flew
over to investigate the “Maersk Sealand” Container ship. I jawed a bit with the
girl manning “La Societe des Traversiers du St Laurant, Quebec”. The vehicle
boarding ramps with lights and safety gates are a real nice addition. I liked
the Maison Leclerc 3 klm roadsign at Eglise Saint Benard. The windmill and
watermill along with the period homes are very nice indeed.
I spot checked the
night textures where you have the lighted lamps and building lights.
The CTA3 airport has a
nicely cut runway and the hanger, planes and surroundings looks real good. The
map sign with the arrow directing you to the roadway is a nice way to direct
people to the road trip starting point. I hope you can get the help you need to
install the lighted barrels for night flight runway illumination.
Your Documents folder
is a very, very important part of the package. The JPGs are excellent. I could
not load the two DOC files, probably because they may be in French and I do not
have that filter loaded into my computer?
You mentioned that you
will revise the Read_Me to re-title it QSH9_56. I could not find further fault
with the Read_Me.
This is another fine
creative design effort, Leon. What will you think of next?
As far as I can
determine you are ready for publication.
