THE TEN TRICHOPHILY COMMANDMENTS

• You must be at ease. Keep cool! Keep calm! There is no hurry. Don't measure time: you can caress or you can get your hair caressed for hours at end.

When you're enjoying yourself, time will never suffice!

• Choose a comfortable room with just the right temperature, at dim or subdued light, or by candlelight to create a romantic sitting. Noise and excessive light

do not favour relaxation.

Relax! Don't worry! Forget all your troubles! Make yourself comfortable!

Find the best position.

• Enjoy! Every type of hair or hair-style (long, short, very short, straight, curly, wavy…) gives different tactile sensations. Feel free to caress the hair of as many different people as you can. Diversity increases your chances of getting a variety of endless sensations. So change a lot of heads!

• Sit down like a pianist before the keyboard! Your hands will play hair like

a musical instrument.

• Caress hair as slowly as possible. Let your fingers glide gently and softly over

and through all locks from the roots to the ends.

• Stroke hair with only one hand, with both hands together or alternately,

with outstretched palms, with fingers or fingertips. Make your choice.

• Grease your partner's hair with a sweet-smelling oil to render it softer and more tractable. Take locks of hair, pull them up, release them, roll them around

• Change the touch. The caress can be hard, strong, lively or soft, light, delicate. Respect your partner's wishes. Make uniform rhythm!

• Add classic or soft music (pleasing to both partners) to make the meeting

more agreeable. Move your hands according to the rhythm and melody.

• Be active and passive at all meetings! If in the first half of the session you're caressing hair (active participant), then in the second half you will get your hair stroked (passive participant). If you begin passively, in the second half

of the meeting you'll caress your partner's hair.
