School Supt. Fryer, School Board Chair Wilkinson and City Attorney Mullaney worked together to bring London England based bus contractors to Jacksonville FL "to save money." Reading this E-Mail, one might believe that more tax money will be spent than in the past..... ....especially if we are treated by London England bus contractors as in Tunbridge VT and in St. Louis MO. The general consensus is that your decision was an important, gutsy, major impact decision for the industry.
