Teddy:
It's best to start with teddys because Olivia is one. Teddys have a hard, kinky, dense coat. The fur is thick and about 3/4 of an inch long. Teddys can have plush (soft) or harsh (rough) coats.

Teddy Satin:
This breed is the same as the Teddy only you can tell in light it is shinning.
----Coming Soon!-----
Abyssinian:
This is one of the oldest, unique breeds. The coat has cute rosettes' in a pattern. They are on their shoulders, four on the back, two on each hip, then two above the rear. I think there "cow licks" are really cute. I wish I had an Abby. Each hair is about 1 1/2 inches long.

Abby Satin:
Same as the teddy, it is just shinnier.
American:
Americans are sometimes called English guinea pigs. It is the most popular breed, and most pet stores carry this breed only. The coat is looks almost slicked to its sides.

American Satin:
I hope you get it by now... : )
Peruvian:
The peruvian use to be called angora's. The fur is VERY long that drags on the ground. It grows from the middle of the back and down. I would only get a peruvian if I was showing it. Or if I had the time to groom it every day. You might have to trim the hair often, and clean it because since it drags, it WILL get dirty.

Peruvian Satin:
This breed is the same as Peruvian but it has a lustrous,  silkier coat.
"Very Long" means 3-4 inches and up!
Silkie:
The silkies hair is almost the name as a peruvian, but the hair grows from the head back. The hair is also very long. The silkie is known as the Sheltie in England. The grooming is the same as the peruvian, so be prepared to work.

Silkie Satin:
Same but silkier and of course, shinnier.
