Flvalley, the author of this Web site, is connecting to the Internet from Chiba prefecture of Japan. The Chiba prefecture has geographical features like pushing forward itself into the Tokyo Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and in its backyard it has a wide spread of the neighber countries on the land.
It is like that the State of Wisconsin pushes itself forward between Lake Superior and Lake Michigan.
