| Now comes the time to submit your application to the Alway's Ford Club. Please make sure that all fields that apply to you are filled in. Once your form has been received, you will receive confirmation by return e-mail. You details will not be processed until we receive your payment for the membership period. Once we receive your payment, we will send you your official club documents. If we do not receive your payment within 1 month of the date of application, we will assume that you wish not to proceed further, and your details will be destroyed. If you have sent payment, but have not received an answer, or your membership pack, please e-mail us at the usual address from the contacts page. Before you finally submit this form, we ask for you to supply us a Password. For Security reasons, and to prevent abuse of your membership status, this can be anything, but due to popularity, please refrain from using any word associated with the Ford brand. These are generally the first that people use and because of popularity are always being asked to think of something else.. With this in place, you can hopefully enjoy discounts and offers, through the club site, without it being abused. Remember, it is you that makes all the difference. We can only try to put on the best show we can with the backing we receive. On completion of your application, you will be issued with a membership number and a six digit pin code. This along with your Password, must be used at all times when corresponding with Alway's Ford, whether you are just writing in, asking for advice, submitting information etc. This helps us deal with our members requests more efficiently. |
