Im a Platinum card holder, and have had the worst flight on SAA, when 3 of my bags were not loaded on Board the aircraft, even though I was the only passenger travelling in first class from Johannesburg to Bombay on 1st November 2000. Regret to note till date though more than a month has lapsed, my bag has not been delivered nor the claim raised for US$.4000.00 been compensated. To add insult to injury, letters addressed to Mr. Andrew Coleman CEO, and faxed to his personal fax machine, have till date not even been acknowledge. Now I wonder, whether it would ever be worth flying SAA in the Furture. Well, wonder that other passenger are treated like, especially when a Platinum Card Holder gets not attention.

A very nice web suite. My Dad worked in South Africa back in 1904 in Johanessburg, coming from Cornwall, England to work on the mine as blacksmith he cameto the Port of Cape, and in them days it took him 5 days by train to get to Johanessburge. Some on ge red rail.Have a good day.
