The Fast and the Furious

Ok, The Fast and the Furious, probably one of my Favorite movies, but in no means was this movie supposed to be taken seriously,,but still, its a great movie,,,i watch it all the time.....In all reality the Supra, Ford Lightning, RX-7, Honda S-2000 and the Ferrari were the fastest cars in the movie,,, *drool*, im not sure about the Eclipse, if it was a GST, or a GSX, then sure that car has some balls.  If infact it was a GS or *cringes* and RS, then that car cant get outa its own way..... i read a couple places that it was actually a GST, but i havent heard anywhere  from anything reliable that it was a GST,,,,,

To tell ya the truth im waiting for The Fast and the Furious 2 to come out, its supposed to have some......more realistic cars in it.  According to internet rumors, these cars    include >>>> Mustang Saleen, Corvette C5, <<<those are pretty sure,,,but possibly a BMW M3  (M5? possibly?)  i cant wait to see the Mustang Saleen. (As of recent i have heard, and seen some pictures of the cars included,,,,,apparently there was some huge car wreck with the cars....i have only heard a small amount about this, so if somebody could email me if they know the full story that would be great.)

The 2001 Ford SVT Lightning F-150

5.4L V8 that puts out 380 Horse Power Super Charged,,,,,,Stock ;) 
With the new intake on the 2001 model gave it an additional 20 ponies.  The mods to the intake include a larger diameter mass airflow meter inlet, improved intercooler(its given extra row of colling fins).  Now horsepower isn't everything,,,TRQ is heh, making 450lbs of trq at 3,250 RPM, this truck can get off the line fast.

Ah, so you have reached the bottom of the page,,,,, here i have listed some of the 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times for some common cars, just for comparison...... as you can see these cars stock, are not even CLOSE to 10 second cars.  Alot of work needs to be done to get these up to performance status,,,,even the Civic SI..... but these are just some stats to give some ideas of what these cars run.
