Washington (FP) - It is becoming increasingly evident that President Bush's combative attitude and actions concerning environmental regulations are not really his fault. The blame lies squarely on the narrow bony shoulders of MoveOn.org and other liberal organizations like it.

In a video tape released today, a disguised figure in a business suit stood behind a large office desk and read an announcement while other disguised figures in business suits stood on either side of him.

"My fellow Americans," the masked man started, "I... uh... am holding the environment hostage until these demands are met to my full satisification. I... uh... demand that all you stop your mistreatmentalizing of myself and the political organization of which I am the comanderer."

Another unidentified typed piece of paper was on the desk in front of the eco-terrorist. The fate of the paper, at this point, was not yet known. He continued...

"There are certain organizimations, and you know who you are, who, uh... are consistently and continually attacking my characterness and bent on my humiliationism. It is for this reason, and only this reason, that I am about to do what I am about to, uh... do."

Then the anonymous stranger picked up the paper from the desk and showed it to the camera. It was at this point that it was identified as the "The Roadless Area Conservation Rule," an act which protected certain forest areas from commercial logging. It also protected against oil and gas drilling, as well as extensive off-road vehicle use.

After waiting enough time for it to be identified, he took the sheet in both hands and slowly tore it in two. In what appeared to be intentional, he had to make several attempts before finishing the job. The ripping sound was blood-curdling.

The environmental restriction died right there before everyone's stunned eyes. Voice analysis of the tape later identified the cold-blooded executioner as George W. Bush.

It is clear that none of this would have happened if it hadn't been for the evil actions of liberal organizations who have humiliated Bush with words, bad illustrations, fake photos, and cheesey Flash animation on the internet.

Let us hope that they will all back down and stop their offensive ways. If they do, Bush will surely stop eliminating environmental restrictions since the reason for him doing so in the first place won't be around to force the matter.

In related late breaking news, Al Franken and Janeane Garofalo, two DJs for the liberal talk radio network Air America, have been fired for making fun of this incident on the air.
