I'm sure I speak for millions of teenage girls when I say in big bold letters...

Ticketmaster SUCKS!!!

It's that time again. What time? Time for BSB tickets to go on sale, time for me to be depressed, and at the same time, time for me to be fed up with this shit.

This would be the 2nd time I didn't get BSB tickets. The 2nd time I've been mad at anyone who says "Oh my God, I got tickets!" The 2nd time I've searched the classifieds for ads from scalpers. And personally, I'm damn sick of it.

Last year I went through the same thing. Both shows sold out in 30 minutes, and I was pissed. A month before the show, I gave scalpers a call and got 4 tickets... For $75 each. [Big ups to Todd.] Well you know what? I don't want to do it again. Wanna know something else? I have too. Because this show sold out in 7 minutes... There was a limit of 8 tickets. Think about that. It's impossible. Guess who got all the tickets? Scalpers, radio stations, and people with connections. Guess how many of those people who bought the tickets actually plan on going to the show? Maybe a couple of the radio dj's who have to report for their station. It's stupid that these people can buy tickets from Ticketmaster, and rob the fans of their money when they could care less. Ugh.

I really wouldn't have a problem if the show sold out in 7 minutes if I knew that the tickets went to fans who wanted them. But that didn't happen and I know it for a fact. For once, just once, could I get tickets to the show? I mean, I got NSYNC tickets back in March '99 weeks after it went on sale cuz they were just getting popular, and NSYNC tickets in July to the RFK show. But how come I've never been able to get BSB tickets? I think it's evil. Almost like I shouldn't go.

But back to the original topic. Ticketmaster sucks. When I finally get tickets from them [not a scalper, them] they might not suck so much. But they do for now.

So for now I must spend my days calling numbers in the classifieds, talking to people who know absolutly nothing about the BSB or the tickets they're selling me, and getting angrier and angrier at the prices they're charging. If I want floor seats it's [at the least] $2000 a ticket, the 100 section about $500, the 200's about $200 and the 400's [where I would like to not sit for once...sigh] around $100. Guess where I'll be sitting... Again? The 400's. I hate sitting there. You can't see nothing. And the fact that the scalpers are trying to tell me that seats behind the stage are "Great seats! You can see everything!" really pisses me off. I have a freaking map of the MCI Center infront of me and they're trying to tell me this. Assholes.

Anyway, until I get tickets from Ticketmaster for normal price I'll be 2 things. Pissed and broke. But smile, maybe I'll get to go to the show. Oh I'm going. You just see. February 2nd, 7:30, MCI Center, I am so there. Even if I have to sit in the 400's... ::grumbles:: I will be there. Just wait and see...mwhahaha. Oh and I am so bringing a sign. Hmmm... Maybe it'll say TICKETMASTER SUCKS! and on the other side a catchy teenybopper-like saying. Fun! Anyway, remember what I told you. It's evil. And if you have connections, hook me up. I want connections! But that's a whole different rant...

Everytime we're down, you can make it right!
