Est Sularis Oth Mithas - Charter
This Charter was established so that their would be no doubt as to the code of honor and beliefs that is held in truth by all under the "Est Sularis Oth Mithas" (ESoM) Banner. No evil shall ever tarnish the good name that this guild sets forth upon the lands of Norrath, the Shadows of Luclin, or upon The Planes of Power. All good shall unite as one under these rules and laws.
- We will always seek to assist fellow members in all ways possible. If for some reason someone attempts to abuse this, their membership can be removed after council before the Officer circle. We treat all inhabitants of Norrath with kindness, unless they choose otherwise.
- Roleplaying, while not necessary, is a very important thing to many members. we always seek to find and recruit those that roleplay first and foremost.
- All those wishing to join us must be of the 20th season or above.
- Begging is not allowed. When in any chat form begging is not allowed towards any other members or Officers. If you directly ask for help regarding powerleveling, ports, buffs, rezzing, or anything that falls along those lines. You will be repremended. This is considered a form of harassment and can not be tolerated. If your in need of such things then ask the entire guild as a whole. In example: "Looking for Rezz in SolB.. If anyone is able PST."
- We seek to spread the word of good across Norrath/Luclin/Planes. As such, we recruit all but Necromancers, Shadow Knights, or any creature/person who has hatred or evil in their hearts. If any member, of any race/class combination is shown to be praticipating in evil acts, they will be removed from the guild upon council before the Officer circle. This includes, but is not limited too, the training of mobs, stealing of items, slander(defacing good by making evil comments via guildchat/public chat), etc.
- When on raids, items that are of no use to no one will be put in the guild vault, for use by new/current members that need them. Once done with the item we ask that you return it to the bank so that others may use it as well. If there is no need for the item, it may be sold to fund raid functions (i.e. Peridot for Clerics/Enchanters, donations for buffs/ports, etc). If a character passes off items to an alternate that is grounds for guild removal after council before the Officer circle.
- Optimally, we will have bi-weekly raids. Raid locations will vary. One week we may concentrate on younger members, while the next we may concentrate on higher members and so on. Usually raids will be on Sunday and Wednesday, though other days will be in no way unheard of.
- Alternates can be quite fun to play, but they can also give false view of the actual size of a guild. Alternates are allowed, as long as it is made clear they are alts. This is so we can know who and who not to expect on raids.
- Last of all, if any member(s) has any conflict with another at any time, please bring it to an Officer's attention. If the issue is with an Officer, then bring it to Malkieri's personal attention. Harboring anger/hate toward another member will accomplish nothing. It is much better to resolve the issue and move on.
