Danbrook Family History ~~ The 1500's

The earliest ancestor we can trace back to is a Danbrook, born probably around the 1520's, first name unknown. His children were:

1. Owen Danbrook, a son who married Joan Nicol at Dallinghoo on February 22, 1581. They had a child, Christine Danbrook, born June 24, 1582 who married John Roe on March 2, 1608 at Pettistree. Owen died in 1619.

2. Lawrence Danbrook who died in 1618. He registered a will in 1583. He was a bachelor.

3. B__i_he (Blithe -?) Danbrook, a daughter, name unreadable, born in Yoxford.

4. Matthew Danbrook who married Catherine Ailmer in 1573 in Norwich. Catherine was born in 1552 in Tunstall.

Matthew Danbrook and Catherine Ailmer had the following children:

1. Christine Danbrook, born in 1574.

2. a Daughter, name unreadable, born in 1576.

3. John Danbrook, born 1577, died 1579.

4. Elizabeth Danbrook, born in 1579, married Walter Swetby.

5. Catherine Danbrook, born in 1582, married William Willet.

7. Mary Danbrook, born in 1588.

8. Robert Danbrook, born in 1593 (or '93). Died 1638.
