Disgusting dog pee galore! The photo doesn't really show how bad it was... It was so bad that it was in the padding big time! I told the owner that it needed to be replaced, I was told to do the best job I could without having to replace anything. I used John G's new urine product ( that I believe isn't out yet). After I applied it, I let it set for 20 minutes (according to instructions).
Keep in mind folks, that I didn't use a TM, all of this was done with John's product, and an OP machine ( a 15" Breeze) that I bought from John. The pads were soaked with urine.. I have to be honest, I didn't think this was going to work no matter how confidant John was on the phone with me.
Right or wrong, I purposely applied so much of the urine product, that liquid was oozing from underneath my shoes ( it was a concrete floor ). I didn't want to just treat the carpet, I wanted to see how it would work with soaking the padding too. When I was done, I put my nose to the floor and could "barely" smell any dog pee. This of course was with one application only.
To my surprise it came out beautiful!! I ran out of John's Clean N Vac (sorry John) so I used Rick's Releasit and followed up with my Cimex.
As you can see, there isn't a single bit of evidence that there were any pee stains. It looks brand new! I went back the next day as I was concerned that I might have a wicking problem, but it STILL looked great!
Well John, again... I think yer on to something. It looks like a winner!
