High/Low Suicide

Dealing team MUST bid if a 9 or Jack is the up card. All other up cards played as regular. If the turned up card is a 9 or Jack, the dealing team must Assist or Take Up. If a 9 or Jack is not turned up, rules follow as regular. D/Q - will result if not assisting or Taking           Up when a 9 or Jack is turned up.        - will result if a 9 or Jack is turned up           and the opponents order up.
