All green materia require 3-5 levels to master depending on
the number of spells (i.e. 2 spells, 3 levels; 3 spells, 4
levels; 4 spells, 5 levels). The last three materia need a
minimum of 2 levels to access the first spell.
If you have Quadra Magic and Mega All
equipped, you will not cast magic four times and on all enemies,
Quadra Magic and All will take
place separately. Quadra Magic will alway take place
first, then 'All'. So always try to keep these 2 Materia
separated.
