First of all you need to have an RPM file at the ready, you then want to right click it go to the menu that has "open with" written on it you then want to go to "applcation" after clicking this a dialog box like the one shown above will appear, you will then want to click on "go There" then a box like below will appear.
Now you want to go to "add" and type "rpm" and press enter if it isnt already in the box next to it like shown in the picture, now you want to go to the bottom where it says program to run and type "rpm -iv" you then want to check the "Run in terminal" check box after that you can click ok and your rpm files should now be click and run. if not please come back to the site and email me. |
