Our community is 93% adults who enjoy the peace and quiet of our community. Our building is more ideally suited for single/married adults or roommates. Those with children please note, our community is not set up for children (no play area) and children are not allowed to play in or around the building due to the noise level. Due to tile floors in the units, children are not allowed to run or rough-house in the apartments. Fox Hills Park is close by.
We have restrictions on the number of residents allowed to live in a unit based on size of unit:
1 bedrooms - up to 2 adults only
2 bedrooms - up to 2 adults and 1 child only
3 bedrooms - up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children only
FEES & REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY:
You must make a qualifying income, be a legal resident and pass the credit screening to qualify for residency.
LEASE:
A one-year (1) lease is required, no exceptions
CREDIT SCREENING - NON-REFUNDABLE:
$25 per person is required for all credit screenings, and may only be paid in the form of money order, cashier's check or cash
RENT - NON-REFUNDABLE:
First month's rent is full rent due upon move-in paid in the form of money order or cashier's check only; Pro-rated rent (if any) will be paid the following month
SECURITY DEPOSIT - REFUNDABLE:
A security deposit equal to one month's rent or equal up to two months rent, depending upon credit screening, must be paid upon approval to hold the apartment for you (up to two weeks only) and paid in the form of money order or cashier's check only
PET DEPOSIT - REFUNDABLE:
A $250 pet deposit required for up to 3 cats is due upon move-in with your rent, paid in the form of money order or cashier's check only
GARAGE REMOTES - REFUNDABLE
A $50 remote deposit per garage remote required upon move-in with your rent, paid in the form of money order or cashier's check only
GYM KEY - REFUNDABLE
A $25 gym key deposit is required before you can use the gym after move-in
