Nosa F O Evbuomwan

Nosa. F. O. Evbuomwan is a leading independent SAP Technical Specialist/Consultant to Fortune 500 & 1000 companies. His previous experience includes working as Senior SAP Developer with Network Associates, Inc . Between 1998 and 2002, he was Senior Consultant in the SAP Global Practice of Whitman-Hart Inc, marchFIRST Inc and eventually Divine Inc, providing professional services to many Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. Prior to joining Whitman-Hart, Inc in 1998, he was Lecturer in Structural Engineering at the University of Newcastle, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK (1995 - 1998). He was also Research fellow/Engineer in the Engineering Design Centre, City University, London, UK (1991 - 1995) and Research Associate at the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, UK (1989 - 1991). He also worked as a Structural Engineer for W. S. Atkins Oil and Gas Engineering Limited, Epsom, UK (1988 - 1989) and as lecturer in Civil Engineering at Edo State University, Ekpoma, Nigeria, from 1984 to 1987. Between 1991 and 1998 he was consultant to various manufacturing and construction companies, organizing seminars and workshops for Engineers, senior management and MBA students in Strategic Product Development, Quality Engineering and Engineering Design. He has published over 90 refereed journal and conference papers, books and reports in Integrated Design and Construction, Concurrent Engineering, Design Function Deployment, Business Process Modelling, Computer Aided Design and Structural Engineering. In recognition of his achievements, he was listed in the 1995 Edition of the Marquis Who is Who in the World. He is interested in the use of IT as a competitive tool in industry and has expertise in the construction, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. He is recognized internationally for his expertise in Customer/Clients Requirements processing, Engineering Design, strategic product development and concurrent engineering. He is a founding member of the Society for Design and Process Science, Austin, Texas, USA and the Associate Editor of the - International Journal of Computer-Integrated Design and Construction (CIDAC) , a peer-reviewed journal published quarterly in both print and electronic (on-line) formats by Millpress Science Publishers, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
