It's coming made it's debut on Halloween and world wide on the internet.

Operation is a limited release fun film that was completed 01/18/04. Only family and personal friends of Phebus Fritz will view this one. Sorry.

Christmas wishes, a holiday special which was supposed to be released by Christmas didn't quite make it's deadline. Watch for it in the near future.

What's up dog? What happened here? Got about half way through and just sort of stopped. Hope to finish it in 2004.

A$$ head The short about a guy with a twin brother who is simply a head growing out of his butt. Has been started, but not sure where this one stands. It may or may not be re-instated. Young love was a short created from pieces of two different Phebus Fritz projects. It was created especially as a test piece for exposure on the world wide web. It was released last year on Triggerstreet.com with mixed reviews. Somehow it made it as one of the 50 finalists in the Triggerstreet film festival. Here are some samples of some of the reviews.

hee hee!Cute movie! Super funny! Funniest thing I've seen on this site, by far! The kids were super cute, even with the implications that they f-ck. I mean what's up with that?! They were totally in bed together, they had a kid, the boy was totally not wearing any pants, so he f-cked the girl, right? (Shudder) And with the credits, they're siblings, to boot. (Either that, or married.)As cute and funny as the movie was, I didn't get the vibe that the filmmaker had a kind of real passion to make movies. COMIC GOLD!
Wonderful stuff. Well shot, music was great, and the kids... absolutely great. Really simple idea, very great and adorable idea at that, and it was quite a good idea. This is quite entertaining through and through, and I think I'll be watching this many more times. The writing was wonderful, and the kids... ah those two kids! Good good good stuff, really good. A fine line...
There's a fine line between cute and creepy when you put little kids in 'romantic' situations. I realize the intention was a good one, but it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable. Perfect! Tight, fast, great concept, terrific 'acting'. The amateurish tone overall works splendidly with the concept. And is that the filmmaker himself in the crib? I wish I could hear what the [woman] says to make the [man] leave so suddenly... but who cares? This film works just as well w/o dialogue. My lung capacity has been shot
I think this short has no reedeming quality whatsoever. Two kids simulating adult life is nowhere near artistic or entertaining unless you are a scoutmaster from Utah. This short is an obviously poor attempt at saying look at me I have a camera and two kids and can use them quite well. Please do not put stuff like this on this site because it makes it appear like everyone is here to simply put in two seconds of camera time showcasing an incredible lack of talent, vision, and forsight. Disturbing
I know some people find it funny, but the sight of a half-naked grown man in a crib just gives me the creeps. And the saddest thing is that that's about the most memorable element of this short. The concept is cute (if hardly original), but it's not fleshed out at all. I understand working with kids must have put extreme limitations as far as how complex your story could be, but still . . . Once the "novelty" of seeing kids behave like "adults" wears off, there's nothing left. And on top of the lackluster story, you have lackluster performances. Yes, they are little kids, but you set yourself up for that fall. Anyway, I suggest next time you worry about story and characters first, and don't rely on a one-note gimmick as the one and only hook of your movie. As far as I'm concerned, this one is a far cry behind most of the other competing works. Sorry. P.S.: I have DSL and had no problems watching it. -- November 25, 2003 - 9:00 PM

Little Jeffery is complete and had a succesful Christmas premier. A$$ Head is still on hold. It may be finished this summer (we're now waiting for the weather to change since it takes place in the summer). The next project likely to be released is called Dork. It introduces a new character-this guy is out of this world!

Now the big news...

Phebus Fritz is looking at directing a comedy-horror of much larger proportions than anything attempted at Phebus Fritz productions Inc. before! It is projected to be approximately 30 Minutes in length and will be filmed with a high quality digital camcorder. The rough draft of the script is already complete. Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, it is not due to begin production until Spring-Summer 2004, for a fall release. In the mean time, Phebus is working on procuring the necessary props, the camera will not be puchased until early 2004, and more sophisticated editing software may have to be purchased. We hope to do something different with this film and release it on the internet for world-wide domination, oops, I mean world-wide distribution. We will try to keep you abreast of all the late breaking news regarding this short film.

Please remember, Phebus Fritz Productions is never too proud to accept donations to offset the high cost of obtaining the proper equipment needed to produce a film of this quality. Also, we will be auditioning for various roles and even crew members-specifically a camera-person. We will need help with royalty-free music and sound-effects.

We are proud to announce the intoduction of Phebus Fritz Productions Inc. latest masterpiece The Bird Man. It was officially released Thursday, July 4th, but due to popular demand was given an encoure presentation today, July 6th.
It was deemed an instant classic by the viewing audience

Also, the phebus Fritz webpage may soon be under construction as we undergo a face lift. It should be alot cleaner looking and will have some information about all of Phebus Fritz' productions.

The second installment of The Stupid Steve Show was released Easter Sunday, a full two weeks ahead of schedule! It was a smash hit and we got to learn alot about Stupid Steve.

The Bird Man is the next stop on the Phebus train. It is set to begin production any day now.
Stupid Steve is not involved in The Bird Man so he will be taking some time to "find himself" and to hone his super powers.

For those of you who watched the Golden Globes expecting to see Phebus Fritz win an award, we have some news for you. At the beginning of the show Phebus jumped on stage and announced that he and everyone involved in the Stupid Steve Show was withdrawing from competition. His Reason?

Because it wouldn't be fair for everyone else that was nominated!

What a generous man. Let's hope he doesn't withdraw from the oscars!

Just wanted to let you know that Travis was the lucky individual who won the Stupid Steve bandages. Travis lives close enough to the Phebus Fritz Estates that a meeting was arranged to hand over the bandages. Phebus and Stupid Steve were both on hand for the event. As you can see in the picture, Stupid Steve was hamming it up for the camera (sorry Travis)!

Well, it's been a while since we've had an update!
Much has happened. We've heard about the lost notebook and have seen the press conference where Phebus Fritz has revealed some amazing news that will probably change the world! (We won't give away too much at this point for the long distance fans who haven't seen the news story or press conference)
Also, there is an auction on Ebay for the finger bandages Stupid Steve wore. Auction ends January 2nd, so bid now! Click here to see the auction!

The test screening for the Stupid Steve Show was held last night. It received 2 1/2 out of 5 stars, much lower than expected. The fact that the audience was disgusted by the sight of stupid Steve could have contributed to the poor rating. Phebus Fritz stated that if the test screening was any indication of the box office outcome, Stupid Steve should not expect a continuation of his one film contract. As a matter of fact, Phebus was overheard by one reporter as saying he would ship Stupid Steve back to the south! (how harsh)

The Stupid Steve Show was edited last night and the opening sequence was filmed! all that is left to do is to dub the music onto the opening sequence. Phebus has announced that there will be a blooper segment following the show! That has yet to be edited.

07/12/01

Filming of the much awaited "Stupid Steve Show" was wrapped up Wednesday 07/11/01. All that is left to do is edit the footage, and create a music video-like theme for the beginning of the show. (musical talent is now being auditioned)

When we asked Phebus Fritz to give us the low down on the Stupid Steve show, we were quite surprised to discover that it is an educational show. It is a how-to home improvement show. Mr. Fritz also added that Steve is not feeling so well right now and is under Doctors orders to remain in bed until further notice. He said Steve is acting rather peculiar but wouldn't elaborate on his condition.

Filming began Tuesday 07/10/01. Writer/Producer/Director Phebus Fritz, of Phebus Fritz Productions Inc. said he is very happy with Steves performance thus far.
"I didn't even really need to write a script for steve" said Mr. Fritz
"he is such a natural, just so naturally stupid that all we really have to do is turn on the camera and let him do his thing."

Phebus Fritz had no comment when asked about the allegations that Steve worked as a stripper before coming to Phebus Fritz productions Inc.
