The Phrygian Major Mode. (by Fredi Bravo)

This mode is also known as the Phrygian #3 Mode or the Phrygian Dominant Mode and it has an exotic sound.

The following example shows a three notes per string pattern of the G Phrygian Major Mode.
Play it over a G maj chord or better yet, a G7b9 chord.
