| Cid Highwind: Cid is an expert pilot and mechanic who dreams of one day becoming the first man in space. His dream would have been fulfilled, but he aborted a launch in order to save the life of one of his crew. Now he spends his time trying to repair his inoperable rocket in the hopes that Shinra might one day reinstate it's space program. His final Limit Break is Highwind. Cid is one of my favorite characters in the game, along with Tifa and Aeris. I always use Cid as the third member of my party. His celebration move after the battles is cute, he stands back and takes a drag of his cigarette. Cid curses a lot, and smokes a lot, and is generally pretty funny during the game! Durin the game, he finally gets to go to space in the rocket! I think his love interest might be Shera, even though he yells at her a lot. After all, if he didn't care about her, he wouldn't have aborted the first mission to save her! Hmm..if Shera doesn't want Cid, I'll take him! hehe...^_^ |
