With a choice of double or twin rooms{a single occupancy if available is charged at 30 € per night inclusive of breakfast} We offer a seperate toilet & bathroom . Breakfast is between 8am - 10am but earlier breakfasts are available on request. Ample private parking

We are situated just outside the beautiful unspoilt village of La Baroche Sous Luce on the D827 road to Avrilly{ please refer to the michelin web site for an in depth map } and only one hour and fifteen mins from Caen ferry port  and one hour and twenty mins from Dinard airport . The famous medieval town of Domfront is just 8 km away and its amazing forest only 6km where it still boasts wild boar and deer{Hampers available on request} We are close to the man made beach of Le Ferte Mace with its quiet sleepy town and Bagnoles with its spas and casino. La Mans is only one hour and a half away and of course not forgetting the stunning flower village of St Frambault just 8km.  You could take a 20min drive to Briouze and catch a 2hr train ride to Paris for the day or take the train from Flers to Paris leaving you time to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery on the way. As we are open all year round it gives you ample oppotunity to visit the many fetes and festivals and local tourist attractions including the famous Christmas alluminations and markets.

Offering stunning views across the amazing landscape, we boast a wide variety of wild bird life from the tiny wren to the mighty buzzard and where you can enjoy the evenings assortment of least four different types of owl . We are in close proximity to many sporting activities including canoeing horse riding and fishing and of course the many typical French markets for those wonderful souvenirs.

Feel free to wonder around the hazelnut grove or stroll amoungst the calvados pear trees, apple orchards and sweet chestnut trees .So whether it's for a holiday or looking for a French home{help & advice available} for the budding artist looking to paint the fantasic landscapes or cyclists and walkers alike to enjoy the unspoilt countyside {free map on request}A warm welcome awaits.
