| This year's One Act Play is "Edith Stein", the story of a woman's life during the genocidal reign of the nazi party after the first World War. We are introduced to Edith, a Jewish convert who turns to a Carmelite monestary for sanctuary. She feels safe until she runs into Karl-Hinz, a self-indulged high ranking Nazi officer. The plot unfolds as we witness her battle of wits, morals, and beliefs as she comes to terms with the horrible world around her......... |
