Weather permitting! Wear comfortable shoes. The path is paved and it is stroller accessible, but a little steep. The view is worth the effort - remember your camera! Bring a picnic lunch, there are picnic tables close by. Meet in the parking lot at 10 am.
Directions: From Maryville, take Hwy 321 past the hospital towards the mountains. Just past the grocery store in Walland, turn right on the Foothills Parkway. Follow the parkway to Look Rock parking area on the left. You will then go across the road to the paved trail which leads to the tower. Reservations requested - so that I will know who to expect and how long to wait in the parking lot. Call Karen at 995-9839 by Sept. 28.
The children's area usually opens at 12:00 noon, is full of fabulous FREE activities! The children's area is located all around the duck pond. parking is available behind Midland Plaza and shuttles usually run from Foothills Mall.
Get ready to take a hayride and pick out a pumpkin to take home. As of printing time for this schedule, the cost for the hayride and pumpkin is unknown,...Long pants are recommended because the hay is itchy!
