* 2 cups flour * 2 cups sugar * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1 teaspoon salt * 3 cups finely shredded carrots * 1 cup oil * 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and lightly flour bundt pan. In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add next 3 ingredients, beating with electric mixer until combined. Beat on medium speed for two minutes. Turn into pan.
