*10 oz. package frozen spinach
*15 1/2 oz. can artichokes, drained
*8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
*8 oz. reduced-fat cream
*16 oz. sour cream



Sauti the spinach and artichokes in a skillet until they are softened and warm (about 5 minutes).  Mix in the cream cheeses and sour cream.  Continue warming, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
