Retreat Information




Friendship Mennonite Retreat - is located on nearly 100 beautiful acres in Geauga County, south of Middlefield, Ohio, and northwest of the village of Parkman. It includes wooded and open land as well as a pond for fishing and swimming. A Picnic shelter offers protection from the rain during bad weather.

The retreat is used for organized church activities including fellowship meals, worship services, and overnight camping throughout the summer.

Small groups, families, and individuals are also encouraged to make use of the reteat for picnics, camping, and social events.

Plan to arrive for potlucks at 3:00 p.m. Meals will be served promptly at 4:30 p.m.

Hot Dog Roast-
Sunday, October 3 - Tractor Rides

The hot dog roast will begin at 1:00 p.m. Hot dogs and buns provided.




Directions -
The Retreat is located at 17215 Old State Rd. From US Route 422 in Parkman, Ohio, take:

  • US Route 422 to Parkman
  • Ohio Route 528 North
  • Ohio Route 88 East
  • Old State Rd. North (left)

    Old State Rd. is the third road to the left after leaving Route 528. Friendship Mennonite Retreat is located on the east (right) side of the road, one mile north of Route 88.
