Admendment:Founder may op with permission of the sops , without aop meeting if a need is seen.

Voicing has returned to being used for friends of the channel , instead of only ops in training.

Swearing is allowed, if it is in conversation but if someone is just cursing someone out, ops will use their own judgement.

No cybering in channel, they can be warned and kicked , talking sex is one thing but practically cybering is another, the op will warn , and if it gets out of hand will kick the chatters.

A set of the warnings will be given to each op, If any op hasn't received them as of yet , please ask any of the sops for a copy.

In Regards To Complaints:

"I dont want rumors and gossip in this channel."

If any one has a problem with an aop, they are go to a sop.The sops is to get the two of people involved together in private and assist them in coming to some reasonable agreement.

If the problem is with a sop, it is to be refered directly by the person involved to me, not through another sops,the sops is to simply tell the complainent to contact me with the complaint, the complainent and the sops and I will go private and will try to come to an agreement between the two.

I dont want other parties involved in others disputes,by the complaint being kept between the people involved and just one other ie. myself or a sop,needless gossip and rumours will be limited.

I really want this to start immediately, I dont want gossip killing this channel,we can nipped it in the bud.

I think this is only using profession standards and there is no need of ruling on it, we need this set as policy to maintain a professional standard amoung aop/sops.

If anyone has a sop complaint dont even listen to it, tell the person to take it directly to me,give my email addy if need be. If it is an aop complaint, a sops will take them aside and disguss the problem. If a sops feels he/she can't be totally objective about the subject for any reason, bring it to me (the complaint is to be considered totally confidential).

I've worked with professional confidentialities for 22 years and i'm going to impose them on the channel in regards to any complaints.I feel this action is necessary, due to a few complaints that have reached me third, fourth, and even fifth hand.Complaints handled without professional confidentiality in this manor can only lead to gossip, misunderstandings,misinformation and decention.

If anyone sees a problem with this method of handling complaints,please email me or speak to me in private.I truely believe that this will set a higher standard of oping in our channel,and I am open to any suggestion you may have.
