This was Peter's idea...to release sort of an 'edited' version of the regular release...I have heard mixed views of this idea...however I must say that this is MY favorite Type O album of all time...it is the first one I bought, and I will never forget the way it brought me down.
The songs that are excluded from this version are: Fay Wray.., 30IF, We Hate Everyone, Dark Side of the Womb, and Kill All the White People. It sets the tone for the whole album differently as it is much slower than the original release...it also adds the vampiric Suspended in Dusk track which is actually Peter's favorite song of the Bloody Kisses era. For me, Christian Woman will always be the song that made me love Type O Negative...although it's not my favorite now...
