| I live in New Jersey. It's a great place if you like the water. While most people only get snow days off, we also get days off working with the rain. Like streets are to slippery, Black ice, and of course our main one FLOODING. Now where I live we don't really flood but if you go a mile down the road (closer to the bay) there is barely anything keeping the water where it belongs, so if it really rains the bay over floods and it floods into the streets. Thats not the prblem see 1/4 of our school lives on an island and it floods all the time. well if it floods so much that you can't get to school well then.... I get to sleep in. Well when it isn't raining me and my friends like to go shopping, go to the movies and thats just about it. There's not much to do around here during the winter. In the summer, usually kids are surfing, working, and swimming. My fav. thing is jet skiing. It's a lot of fun, exspecially when I bring new people on my jet skiis. |
