Hi Everyone!
Welcome to the "Christi's Home DayCare" website.
Let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Christi and I am a 36 year old, stay-at-home Mom of 2 little girls whose ages are 21 months and 5 years old. My family and I are living in our own home in Moore, Oklahoma. I am a licensed provider in Cleveland County and I will comply with all the standards put forth by the State of Oklahoma and Cleveland County. I am licensed to provide care for 7 children including my own children. I really enjoy doing home daycare and love working with children of all ages.
MY BACKGROUND IN CHILD CARE: I started baby-sitting when I was 12 years old. At the age of 16, I got my first job working in a daycare center before and after school. In 1989 I started attending Moore Norman Vo-tech for Child Care, and by 1992 I had received my Assistant Teacher Certificate, Lead Teacher Certificate, and Assistant Director Certificate. In 1991 I started working at the Moore Norman Vo-Tech's Children's Center. I continued to work in daycare centers until the age of 21.
In May of 1994, shortly after getting married, I decided I wanted to start taking care of children in my own home instead of working in a daycare center. I did this unlicensed for some of my friends until November of 1998. In early 1999 I received my Family Day Care Home License by the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Feel free to look up my daycare licensing reports here:

I have attended numerous training classes relating to children of all ages over the last 16 years of working in the childcare profession. I am also certified in infant/child CPR and first aid. I am required by the State of Oklahoma to receive a minimum of 12 clock hours of child care training each year. I do have an OSBI background check on file with DHS. I am also Vice President of the Moore Family Daycare Home Association, which is a great support for local daycare providers. I really enjoy being a member of such a great group of DayCare Providers!
We do lots of fun activities and field trips. I provide the children nutritious meals and I am on a food program that monitrs what the children eat while in my care to make sure they are getting the right amounts of the certain food groups. I provide a great environment, big fenced backyard with lots of toys, lots of inside toys and supplies, and lots of love and care!
I have a lot of references that will be given upon request and I try to keep my rates as reasonable as possible! I also have a multiple child discount give to families of more than one child.
