The Frog One Biography California raised, this Michigan born Gemini will give you a reason to leap. Frog One is reaching new heights with his unique style of an earth origin, diverse form of Hip Hop. He intertwines Hip Hop with universal rhythms such as: reggae, drum & bass, acid jazz, rock, and more. Frog One is the son of two very influential jazz musicians in the industry. He has been rocking the microphone since the age of 13, but he has been a musician all of his life. Frog One has worked with such artists as: Catastrophe & J-Ro from Tha Liks (a.k.a. Tha Alkoholiks), One-Eye of One-Eye Productions, Dj Utaca at ASAP, Ronnie Turner, LOWD, Spacey T (guitarist from Fishbone), Takbir from Styles of Beyond, 4-Zone, Doug Young, Larry McCray, Modern Groove Assembly, and Sy Smith. Frog One has performed at local clubs and neighboring San Diego clubs; The Whiskey A Go-Go, Club Arcadia, Reseda Country Club, Club Flex, Kingston 12, Amazon, Mancini's, Sensations, Golden Tails, La Hacienda, El Camino Real, Higher Grounds, Fais Do-Do, Goldfingers, Temple Bar, 14 Below, Dragonfly, Belly Lounge, Port of Athens, and at Earth Day. In addition, while working with One-Eye Productions, Frog One completed a drop for "The Wake Up Show", hosted by Sway & Tek, formerly on KKBT, The Beat. He made a guest appearance as the headliner on the television show "Live and in Color". Most recently he has co-hosted a radio program on Streets Radio and is the only unsigned artist on the newest Tony Hawk video game, Tony Hawk Underground. Frog One is currently working on his third solo project of which he produces at least 50% of all the tracks. His growth and versatility as an artist are really illuminated through this album. His blend of Hip Hop with various other genres of music combined with his uplifting lyrical style is unsurpassable.
