Melissa: I had always thought I was a creative, talented person. In dance, music, and theater. But rarely in the world of literature. It wasn't until I sat down with Sarah one night that my talent for the written word became known to me. Since that night five years ago, writing has been an enormous part of my life. There are days when I feel like I just want to throw everything out the window. Then Sarah slaps me upside the head to reinforce the knowledge that I would indeed miss it too much to scrap it. I do sincerely hope you enjoy what I have written. And anything you have to say would be greatly appreciated and noted. Fans like you are the best critics out there. And everything will be taken as constructive criticism. Thank you. Sarah: I have always found writing to be a release for me. A time when I can escape the realms of every day reality and find sactuary in a world that I have created. I have always written, even from an early age, but it wasn't until I found my inspiration that my writing seemed to flourish. The thing that astounds me is the unconditional support that I get. From my mom. My friends. Even my collegues. They know that I write about the handsome quintet that have become a very important part of my life. And they are accepting. Not judgemental. My sisters tell me I'm wasting my talents, but encourage me to write anyway. Having that undeniable support is one of the things that has kept me and my writing alive. This site will be a collaboration of our works. Some short, some long. It is purely fiction and we do not claim to be Backstreet-Know-It-Alls. We're not. We are just fans like you with active imaginations and a talent for the written word. Don't judge us because of our work and don't make fun of what we write.
