And the US Congress is not able to define the responsabilities. Economy and financial markets are strongly influenced by the so-called sentiment of investors. And the sentiment of investors is founded on the humanity of society. And the humanity of a society is dependent on the clearness of the rules. This historical period is similar in many aspects to the medioeval period in which the passion of the nobility of North Europe was regulated by the benedectine monks and their fortress-monasteries. Moreover, we are at the end of modernity, and rational philosophy is dead, even if some think that it is still the principal philosophy. Therefore this intellectual aberration leads to materialism, which was the delirium of communism. Under some aspects modern capitalism has things in common with the communism.
