| 01.23.2003 Do you know what "blow out" means? Well we don't and so it is going to be a party-party. Has that movie "All Dogs Go To Heaven?" been made into a live stage show yet? Ian brought his camera back up form Seattle and so its going to be movie-maiign time. More? Ein & the Data Dogs are currently planning their first video, to be shot by Mr. Brandon Ivey. Also, the Geese are playing tonite with the Thermals and In Praise of Folly at the Factory in Bellingham. If you are old, you should go. Also, on the 26th of this month (3 days) Garden Variety Tsar, A Sandcastle Still, and Labrynt are playing at 1636 Humboldt Street (I think thats Jackson and Genevieivegeneieve's house). Shows! Of course there is also the big show all day and nite at 1108 High on the 25th and the big big helium fix event on the 28th. Its t-shirt weather these days and i, for one, expect excitement and slumber. 01.23.2003 this is an announcer. the aquarvelous webpage has been launched into the water ( that is the net ). NO nets! |
| 01.23.2003 an explanation is in order. the party/show on saturday was cancelled (quite bluntly) and the compilation is yet to hit the earth. why? b/c we severely underestimated the amount of work we still had to do and b/c i am a quitter (or in this case, a chronic delayer). i apologize for the confusion and the trouble and the disappointment (Darin came all the way from Olympia and then watched a lame movie instead, Tall Chris was apparently angered and upset, Matt was confused, and only Jimmy expected said outcome). it is 100% my bad planning and it would've been a wicked good party. apparently "real bands" that sell cds were going to play. hopefully somewhere down the road we'll still have this extravaganza (Dame Dulce has reportedly agreed to play said show, they don't sell cd's [yet] though). as for now, i (Grant) have decided to take a break from the Co-Motion for a lil while AFTER we finish the compilation (of course!). i have a lot going on rite now and a hiatus in surely in order. this is probably the last time i will update the internet for a while (but maybe Ang or Chris will learn how and do it). more news though. Ein and the Data Dogs are playing along with the Bloodsuckers this friday at our house (1108 High) and that'll rock. plus the compilation must be mentioned as almost done in every post since last october, so that too. and... that is that. goodnite. |
