"After reading your book, I feel confident that those teachers who use the contents will help young children develop character, confidence and coordination. It clearly focuses on building self-esteem, health related fitness, basic coordination activities and establishing beat awareness to various rhythms, while helping children feel good about themselves, regardless of their abilities!"

Peter Werner, Physical Ed Professor, University of South Carolina

"These really are great activities!"

Artie Kamiya, Publisher Great Activities Magazine

The Foothills Park and Recreation District, through our Wellness Program greatly impressed by Mr. Liebler's ability to effectively interact with many diverse populations. Dear Scork (Scott and Dork)
"Silly-cise is great! Thank you very much for giving us a taste of Silly-cise. Rather than the traditional method of facilitating a class (e.g. lecturing), Scott enlightened us with a non-traditional approach to stress management that really works and in doing so, kept the attention of participants. It is a unique way of teaching stress management that I believe people ultimately have a better idea of what they can do to alleviate stress.

Paul McLellan Wellness Assistant

SCOTT LIEBLER GAVE A PRESENTATION ON STRESS MANAGEMENT TO OUR OFFICE. THE RESPONSE WAS, GREAT! WE'VE ALL BEEN TRYING TO INCORPORATE "THE INSTANT CALMING SEQUENCE" INTO OUR DAILY ROUTINES. SCOTT HAS COME UP WITH A MEMORABLE CHARACTER IN DORK TEEDERBOMB. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT LIEBLER AND WILL HAVE HIM BACK FOR FUTURE PRESENTATIONS!!!

DONNA J. INMAN, ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT, LAND TITLE GUARANTEE COMPANY

Reaching Peak Performance with Silly-cise

This amusing, enlightening and one of a kind workshop allows participants to discover their body's internal calming and energizing abilities. An effective blending of humor and movement, Silly-cise introduces such techniques as Crazing Conducting, Tude Tuning and the Chill Pill to help people move, laugh and relax their way to peace and peak performance every day. Personal trainer/humorist Scott Liebler has a special way of creating enthusiasm and encouraging audiences to participate as he gradually transforms himself into 478 year old Dork Teederbomb. Don't get angry - Get ridiculous! The instant calming sequence exercises was very interesting and practical especially for a group such as ours. Your natural enthusiasm and belief in this process could not help but rub off on us. We all enjoyed and profited from your instruction.

Nancy Ring, Department Director, Summit County Animal Control and Shelter

Scott has a very creative way of generating energy in others an has the ability to involve any audience in his stress management exercises. They're simple, they're fun and they're memorable.

Bob Heavers President, Priority Management

Mr. Liebler has energetic and innovative in developing his own "silly-cise" and "feel good about yourself" routines. Mr. Liebler has the ability to work well with people. He was able to motivate people and get them involved in the presentation. I would highly recommend Mr. Liebler to others in the human service field.

Sharla M. Broad, CTRS Recreation Therapist Adult Partial Hospitalization

Scott and his characters are wonderful inspiration to children. He packs more information, fun experience, love and caring into a presentation than any character I have ever seen!

Barbara Dewey, Preschool Director

"I would recommend Silly-cise to anyone looking for a program that leaves children with a lasting, positive impression!

Hilari Bell, Preschool Owner

"What a wonderful and energetic program. Held the kids’ attention well and they are still talking about Mr. Teederbomb and the things he shared!"

Anne Spaulding, PE Teacher

"Silly-cise is a wonderful, entertaining way to teach kids positive attitudes and good health!"

Kim Hilmes, Parent

We experienced the fun, enthusiasm and mirth of Silly-cise at our school this year. The kids loved the program and thought it was great. Reports from parents were positive, and our adult staff members danced and sang with the kids. If you are looking for a program to ignite a little fun, provide information on nutrition and promote a healthy lifestyle, and you are willing to get a little silly, I would encourage you to share this program with your students. Really !

Bill Vitany, Principal, Roy Moore Elementary School

I would like to commend Scott for his wonderful program offered at the Aurora Public Libraries. Everyone attending the program raved about his enthusiasm and his rapport with the children. The parents really seemed to get "into" the swing of things and participated with gusto! His Silly-cise program is very upbeat. It is a great motivator for boys and girls who are inhibited and afraid to express their feelings. I believe this program really helps raise their self-esteem and how they view themselves. It really helps to see other people do "silly' things, I would highly recommend Scott/Dork.

Barbara Schneller, Program Coordinator Aurora Public Library

"We are extremely pleased with Scott's work. His concept of building self-worth in children is very thorough. I've seen it, and know it works!"

Joan Smith, Director of Child Care Education Red Rocks Community College

"I really want to thank you for bringing Dork Teederbomb to Talbott and I felt that the message you had to give the kids was very appropriate and was something that they needed to hear. They don't get enough positive strokes at home."
