4 duck breast                  1 stick of butter or margarine
                                 celery                             1 cup wine or 1/2 cup Triple Sec

Line baking dish with foil. Slice enough celery to cover the bottom of a baking dish. Slice butter over celery. Place duck breast on top of butter and celery. Pour wine or Triple Sec over the duck breast. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
