2 1/2 cups water                                 3 cups ketchup
                             3 tablespoons White Vinegar                1/4 cup Lemon juice
                             1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce               1/2 cup Maple syrup
                             1 cup Brown sugar                              2 medium onions (diced)
                             2 tablespoons Chili powder                  1/2 teaspoon Salt
                             6 lbs Vension ribs                               Ground pepper

Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except ribs and pepper, blend well. Sprinkle ribs with pepper and salt. Place ribs in a large enough roasting pan and cook for 1 hour. Pour ingredients over ribs and increase heat to 350 degrees. and bake ribs for 1 1/2 hours. Turn ribs over and bake for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender and the sauce is thick.
