O
ur Sponsors
Please take a moment to let us introduce ourselves.  We are FUREVER ANIMALS, Inc., a Federal 501 (c) (3) non-profit spay/neuter and rescue group.  We help rescue unwanted and abused animals in parts of Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester Counties in New York State.  Our organization works out of foster homes only.  We do not have a central location for a shelter.  It is people like you that help us continue our work.  At this time, we would like to give you a little tour of what we do.  When an animal is rescued it is taken to a veterinarian.  The vet will examine the animal and give it all the necessary shots and then will either spay or neuter the animal.   The rescued animal is then placed with a foster family.  This foster family will provide the animal with a temporary home until a permanent one can be found.  The foster family will give the animal much needed care, shelter, food and most of all love and attention.  As you can guess, finding a permanent home can take several days, weeks or even months.  Some of the rescued animals will never find a permanent home and will live out their days with the foster family.

FUREVER ANIMALS, Inc. is dedicated to reducing the number of unwanted cats and dogs in our communities.  We work with feral colony feeders and individuals who alert Furever Animals, Inc. about stray animals that need to be altered.  Together, we are able to make sure that your animal need not go through another season with a litter of unwanted puppies or kittens. This is accomplished by working closely with veterinarians in the area who agree to lower the cost of a sterilization through our lost cost SPAY / NEUTER PROGRAM.   Feeding a stray, call us today!  Join us in
prevention instead of elimination.  Together we can make a difference!

There are many
ways you can help Furever Animals Inc. !  We survive on donations:  All members are volunteers who work tirelessly for this cause.  You can make a difference by simply donating the cost of a spay or neuter, or materials for our wish list.  Call if you would like to help us, or if you need assistance.
