Ghee Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 1 cup
ghee -1/4 cup
green chillies -3
cloves - 3
cinnamon - 2 pieces
onion -1 small size
garlic -4 pods
cilantro
water -2 cups.

Directions:
Soak rice for 1/2 an hour.Cut onion,garlic,cilantro,green chillies. Pour ghee in the pressure cooker,add cloves cinnamon,onion,garlic,green chillies and fry for 2 mts, add water and salt.After the water gets boiled add the soaked rice and stir well,after 5 mts add the cilantro and pressure cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
